Homemade Meal Challenge!

In an effort to get myself out of the habit of eating in the streets and increasing my skills in cooking I decided to make a new challenge (And of course your welcome to follow). I will find 7 recipes, one for each day of the week, and it will either be a breakfast, lunch or dinner meal. I will write all ingredients and instructions in a brand new journal and at the end of each write a shopping list for the weekend. Resuming Insanity

After three long months of therapy, I am finally getting back into where I left off in my insanity workout. I could have easily abandoned my progress and started off a new workout routine, but I am just the kind of person that likes to finish whatever it is they started.

Fitness Journey

This is my first fitness log from 2012

From day one to week 3.
I started eating healthy and going to the gym everyday for at least 2 hours.

Week 6
At this point i was already adapted to working out daily although Its not recommended. 
I was loosing a few pounds but didn’t track it because my goal wasn’t to loose weight but to become fit.
Something that I noticed while making healthier choices is that your body responds different depending on where the food you eat comes from.
